Cookie Policy

This page explains the cookies AdsEmber uses. In short: we use only two essential cookies to run the service, and we set no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies at all.

1. What cookies we use

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. AdsEmber uses exactly two, both set by AdsEmber itself (first-party):

2. No advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies

We do not track you. AdsEmber sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not share cookie data with ad networks. Because there are no tracking cookies, our cookie banner is an informational notice — not a consent gate — and it never blocks the page.

3. Are cookies required?

The ae_session cookie is strictly necessary to log in and use your account: without it, we cannot keep you signed in, so the app will not work. The ae_lang cookie is functional — if it is absent, the site simply falls back to a default language. Neither cookie is used for tracking.

4. How to control cookies

You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers let you clear cookies for a specific site or block them entirely:

Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data.
Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

Please note: if you block or delete the ae_session cookie, you will be logged out and will not be able to sign in until you allow it again, because it is essential for authentication.
